The House of Bishops
A House of Non Mainstream Church Bishops was founded with the purpose of working in unity for the greater glory of God. The House operates a Council of Bishops for reciprocated pastoral support and fellowship. It also incorporates agreed and shared policies on Social Matters relating to the perpetuation of our Christian faith, the spiritual needs of people and the protection of the entire Kingdom of God. This House of Bishops is open to non-mainstream episcopally ordained clergy who are a part of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church keen to firm up the reputation of non-mainstream Churches who meet the strict criteria for membership.
In sharing common values, the House of Bishops has firmed up policy for individual Clergy membership and shares a common theme for its ethos all the while protecting its denomination. There has been a perception of a free-for-all within small Church communities, Provinces and Jurisdictions. Not all small Churches operate in this way and we aim to differentiate between non-mainstream Churches with the Gospel at the core of its mission and those with other agendas.
